Low-fat diet could kill you, major study shows. High fat diets are good for you, this study says. While I don't trust many food studies, I like this one because it goes against the artificially hyped low fat mantra we have been fed for years. High fat, low carb diets are healthier. My problem has been that I can't stay away from bread, pasta and other staples of my Italian American upbringing. Oh well. At least we don't have to feel guilty for eating butter, cream, eggs, meat and cheese anymore. Bring on the meats!
