This Cockatoo is 89 years old. It was the star of the show in the Eighties. My biggest fear is about what happens to my parrots after I die. It is a good thing I draft Pet Trusts in my practice. Re-homing is always an issue with long lived birds; which is why I have six rescue parrots in my office. Parrots form a mate type bond with humans, and need stability. Parrot on.
