Using Reply-All To Show Your Biglaw Firm You%u2019re A Jerk | Above the Law.

When you work in BigLaw, it can be a benefit to have hundreds of lawyers and staff to get help from. However, if you as much of a jerk as this guy, hitting Reply-All can be a disadvantage. And, using a blast email to complain about a departing employee's blast email makes one wonder whether this guy got up in the morning with the intent of being a jerk. Arrogance usually leads to downfall; and, it happens quickly in the Internet Age. Whatever happened to common courtesy? My mom used to say: "If you don't have something nice to say about someone, say nothing at all". Still good advice, whether you are a BigLaw partner or a solo practitioner.
