Samsung 'Accidentally' Confirms Massive Galaxy Note 9. The ads for the new Galaxy Note 9, which will be announced in August, claim it is "the new super powerful Note". Methinks that Samsung doth protest too much. The ad should have said, "just like the Note 8, only bulkier and heavier". Consumers really don't care if you put a bigger battery or a more powerful processor in a phone; especially if you are charging a thousand dollars for it. And, adding a stylus (S pen) that connects to the phone via bluetooth is insane. Many of us seldom use the stylus anyway. Those who do aren't really averse to touching it to the screen. Jeez. Save your money, and buy a Note 8 for around $500 after the Note 9 is launched. Oh, and when you are reading ads for devices that say "new and more powerful", or "iterative", hang on to your wallet. You are about to be separated from your money.
