After six months of use, my Bose Smartglasses failed, and wouldn't take a charge. I contacted Bose, and, after a few hiccups (like suggesting I visit my local support center in India, which I declined to accept) the company asked me to return the frames for replacement. They are now on their way and I should have them back in a month. So, I am back to my necklace bluetooth device, the LG Infinim, which work fine, but require buds in my ears. I rather enjoyed looking like Roy Orbison for a while. I wear geek like a badge of honor, and can't wait to see if the replacement frames meet the same fate. Thanks, Bose, for the good customer service.
