Something To Consider. Lawyering, like many other professions, contains the germ of combat. We fight against opponents with words and actions, and plot strategy to gain a result. But, do we ever adequately consider why our opponents act the way they do? Execupundit makes the point today: when your opponent seems to be making the same mistake over and over again, it just might be a strategy. The broader idea is never to act until you have considered an opponent's actions. If you can understand why they act, you are always better prepared to make intelligent decisions.
