I am enjoying figuring out ways to use old tech for new purposes. RV travel is really great for getting into the great outdoors and sitting outside on cool nights in the wilderness. But, how will I watch Monday Night football? Sure, I could use one of the TVs inside the RV; but, that isn't cool. I want to enjoy the sights and sounds of real nature. So, it occurred to me that this old PicoProjector would be ideal. Just connect it to a SmartPhone, set up a projection screen, and, voila, Monday Night Football under the stars. This is a three year old image of me testing it in the office when I should have been working. Hey, it was a Monday. It was hard to concentrate, thinking about the game that night. Of course, these little projectors also work well for small presentations and courtrooms.
MNF? You’ve got the Super Bowl a week from Sunday! Forget some aged repurposed tech under the stars and watch it on the biggest screen you can find if not attend in person as one of the few season ticket holders from the 0-14 season. I believe in Tom Brady. Go Bucs!
PS. My law clerk was happy to accept my failed repurposing of an old iPod as a nostalgia piece which was a junior high throwback for her. Saved me a trip to Staples. 😀

The MNF reference was to a future trip, Jay. Still waiting on the season ticket holder lottery to see if get tix for Super Bowl. Will watch at home on the big screen. Go Bucs!

Good luck with the SB lottery. I hope your 45 years of season tickets weights it in your favor. 🤞
