I am not a political person. At least, I don't like hypocrisy, lying, pomposity, subterfuge. This holiday honors a man who, like Gandhi and Mandela, understood that violence begets violence, and hatred begets hatred. The radicals on both political spectrums just don't get it. I suspect that there are a lot of us who feel we are in the middle of a war between two monsters.
