This post made me laugh because it's true. Law practices resist tech change. This industry is not an early adopter. I am not a lawyer (former paralegal) and love tech & automation. What AI and tech (at least now) can't do is bring empathy and connection to a practice.If law practice can embrace that and tech changes that would be 🦄.
