This is a "Terror Bird", a flightless dinosaur from the Cenozoic period. I stole this image from my friends at The Florida West Coast Avian Society. Parrot parents will look at this, and commiserate with each other; because, at one point or another, we all have had a "Terror Bird", and bear the scars.
