The Things Law Practice Teaches You About Experts.

Rule No. 1 - Expert witnesses must live more than 100 miles from the location of the trial.
No two expert witnesses will ever agree on anything.
When choosing an expert witness, the most important thing is presence and ability to communicate.
Usually, by the time you get to trial, the lawyer is more expert in the topic at hand than the expert.
