I don't need to create a budget, and run it by a bureaucracy to get something done. Are you spending too much time with committees, budgets, spreadsheets, and data analysis? Ask yourself if the money is worth the hassle. How many of us chase ambition just for the sake of perceived success? More money doesn't necessarily mean a better quality of life.
