As any Convention goer knows, there are always booths and vendors vying for attention, in order to sell their products and services. The Florida Bar Convention is no exception. The vendors can come up with interesting and novel ways to get that attention; one of the booths this year featured Rick Barry signing autographed photos. Not all of the vendors were selling law related products. But, in the end, I always find something of interest, and this year it was a Florida company featuring online notarization, which is making the job of getting signatures on legal documents much easier. Pro tip. It helps if you are a semi-retired solo practitioner who isn't in the market for anything.
