Quiet Quitting Has Nothing To Do With Rejecting The Job. I learned two new catchphrases today. "Hustle Culture" refers to the job culture in which employees give themselves and their lives to a job. They stay late, take on every task offered, and generally eschew a personal life to get ahead. "Quiet Quitting" really isn't quitting at all. It is merely a rejection of "Hustle Culture". These employees do their jobs, but they go home on time, and they don't go out of their way to get ahead. They seek life balance, and don't sacrifice their whole lives to the job. I suppose both mentalities can exist in a solo law practice; but, solo practice is free from superiors constantly pushing their employees to join "Hustle Culture". To those employers, I say, and so do more and more traditional employees: "I Quit".
