In a couple of days, I will be 76 years old. My body age feels like 100. My mental age, as many have told me over the years, remains 25. I say this, not because I am trolling for sympathy or birthday wishes; although that would be nice. I say it because I am fortunate to have lasted this long. Many are not so lucky, and some will be luckier than I. But, in the end, we all face the same fate, don't we? So, live long, prosper, and ask those nearest and dearest to try not to jostle the bed.
