Tank 2 Rugged Phone With Laser Projector. Geek Heaven.

Tank 2. There is only one negative about my new Tank 2 Smartphone. It is 4G; but that doesn't affect its usability. I still use my Galaxy S23 Ultra as a daily driver; but the Tank 2 is amazing. It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, is waterproof, can handle any weather or rough use, including drops on concrete, and is perfect for RV and outdoor camping. It has a bright camp light that can light up a space over 100 fee square, has warning lights that can be seen a half mile away. It has a built in FM radio tuner, runs the latest Android 13, and more. But, the piece de resistance is the built in laser projector. I am demoing it in the photo below, projecting Perry Mason episodes on my desktop. I can't wait to project movies on the side of the RV at Ft Wilderness in DisneyWorld. And, I can even bring it to my presentations and project my PowerPoint images anywhere, without carrying a projector around. In the Nineties, I was traveling around the State of Florida demonstrating this new fangled World Wide Web, using a 75 pound projector that I had to lug around on a rolling cart. The laser also serves as a remote for all my other devices, including my Roku, my Samsung TVs, and so forth. This thing is on sale for $399, so if you are a gadget junkie like I am, chekc out the site.

And, I don't have to work for a company that combines the back to the office mandate with insulting billboards in the lobby. Of course, these days, many more lawyers are able to work from wherever they happen to be; but, I am sure there are BigLaw firms that are requiring physical presence. I just hope they aren't as brain dead as this company.
